With Eating with Ease you can:

Add new foods to your child's diet

Get your child regularly eating the foods they've started to explore in food play

Keep the foods they're already eating

Prevent them from dropping preferred foods and losing ground you've already gained

Make mealtimes feel easier

Stop worrying about every meal, and start cooking just one for your whole family

Food play changes how your child feels around food. Eating with Ease changes what they do with it.

The 14-Day Food Play Plan was designed to help your child's nervous system learn that food is safe, build comfort, reduce anxiety, and start moving them up the Steps to Eating staircase. This is an important step, and if you've noticed even a small shift, that’s proof this approach is working for you. Food play gets your child comfortable around food. But food play on its own can only take you so far. Here's what it doesn't cover: * What to actually do at the dinner table when your child refuses everything they just played with. * How to introduce new foods in a way that moves them from exploring to eating. * How to prevent them from dropping preferred foods and losing ground. * What to do when progress stalls and you don't know why. That's the gap between food play and actually changing your child's diet. Eating with Ease is what fills it.

Introducing Eating with Ease The 12-week program that gives you the complete roadmap for getting your extremely picky eater eating more foods.

This isn't more food play; it's everything that comes after. Parents who've been through it say the same thing over and over: "This is the first time I've felt like I actually have a plan." - Hillary "It's the first thing that's ever worked for my kid ."  - Rebecca "I wish I'd found it sooner." - Catherine

Here's exactly what's inside:

MODULE 1: Approach The mindset shift that makes everything else work. You'll get clear "do this, not that" guidance for approaching your child's eating without adding pressure or stress. Most parents tell me this module alone changes how mealtimes feel, even before their child has tried a single new food. MODULE 2: Mealtimes What to actually do at the dinner table, every single night. If every dinner feels like something to survive rather than enjoy, this is the module that changes that. You'll learn the four ingredients for a mealtime that works, the recipe for making one meal that your whole family eats, exactly what to serve and how to serve it, and how to handle snacks, replacement meals, and dessert without making things worse. MODULE 3: New Foods How to introduce new foods in a way that feels safe, not scary, for your child and for you. If you've tried introducing new foods before with zero success, this module shows you why that happened and what to do instead. No “garden variety” tips here, just strategies designed for real extreme picky eaters. You'll get a foolproof plan for selecting the right foods for your specific child and know exactly what to say when they tell you they don't like something before they've even tried it. MODULE 4: Variety Because your child will only eat their specific brand, in the specific package, prepared that specific way When your child’s safe food list is already dangerously short, losing even one preferred food feels catastrophic. That’s why you need to focus on variety, and you can do it without introducing completely new foods. Learn how to prevent your child from dropping the foods they already eat, and build flexibility in ways that feel completely manageable, even for the most rigid eater. MODULE 5: Tasting + Eating This is where the food play foundation you built turns into real diet expansion. You'll get 23 specific ways to get your child trying more foods, and learn how to help them eat mixed dishes, like pasta with sauce, sandwiches, and tacos. This is where things start to actually change. MODULE 6: Diet Expansion Putting this all together, and making sure you’re set for the long game. If you’ve been dealing with this for years and are exhausted from the slow pace of progress, this is the module that gives you a realistic, sustainable plan for the long game. You'll learn how to get tastes to become foods your child actually eats, what to do when they start rejecting preferred foods, and how to find the strategies that work specifically for your child.

Real parents. Real extremely picky eaters. Real progress.

We were away last week and put chicken thighs on the grill and he wanted to try it and loved it. Yesterday he tried salmon with pesto. He gets excited to try new things now. A huge win in my book.

mom to 4.5 year old

"We'd done feeding therapy with speech and OT, but it didn't teach me anything. I wanted to help him but I didn't know where to start. I felt so lost. And then I found Jenny and learned how I could help my son at home. This was the first time I felt like it was something I could do. In just 6 weeks, he started eating quesadillas and suddenly likes granola."
Anne

Mom to 5 year old

"After just two weeks, mealtimes have already gotten better. My daughter is now participating in the meal more and is more comfortable with new foods on her plate, even if she's not eating. Not long ago she would scream and throw the plate on the floor just from seeing a new food."
Becca

mom to a 4 and 7 year old

This is 100% worth the cost and more. For the first time ever I feel prepared and organized enough to actually follow through for the long haul.

Questions? Here are the ones I hear most:

Q: How is Eating with Ease different from the 14-Day Food Play Plan? The Food Play Plan gave you the foundation. It focused on changing how your child relates to food and introduced the Steps to Eating staircase. Eating with Ease builds on that foundation. It covers everything that comes after food play: mealtimes, new food introduction, variety building, diet expansion, and what to do when progress stalls. Think of the Food Play Plan as chapter one. Eating with Ease is the rest of the book. Q: Do I need to have finished the Food Play Plan before starting Eating with Ease? No. If you've watched the videos and understand the approach, you're ready. You don't need to have completed all 14 days or seen dramatic results yet. Eating with Ease will pick up wherever you are and build from there. Q: My child didn't make much progress with the Food Play Plan. Will Eating with Ease still work for us? Yes — and this is actually one of the most common situations I see. Food play progress is slow and nonlinear, especially in the early stages. If your child is still at the beginning of the staircase, Eating with Ease gives you the complete picture so you understand exactly where they are, what comes next, and how to keep moving forward without losing momentum. Q: How much time does this actually require? The videos are bite-sized and designed to fit into your real life. Beyond watching the modules, implementing what you learn takes 15-20 minutes a day, much less on some days, more on others. You're already spending mental energy on this every day. Eating with Ease just makes that energy count. Q: My child is older than 7. Is Eating with Ease still appropriate? Yes. While the Food Play Plan is specifically designed for ages 2-7, Eating with Ease is designed for children ages 2-10 and works well for older children too. If your child is older than 10, reach out at [email protected] and I'll help you figure out the best fit. Q: What if I want more support after 12 weeks? Reach out at the end of your 12 weeks and we'll figure it out together. As an Eating with Ease family you have access to discounted 1:1 coaching calls, and we can explore other options depending on where you are at that point. Q: Is this appropriate for children with ARFID, autism, or sensory processing difficulties? Yes. Eating with Ease was built on my experience working with neurodivergent children and kids with ARFID. If that's your child, you're in exactly the right place. The framework is designed to be tailored to your child's specific needs, and I'm always available via email to help you adapt any recommendation that doesn't feel right for your family. Q: What if I'm not happy with the program? If you go through Eating with Ease and don't feel more confident and equipped to help your child, reach out and I'll make it right. You can contact me directly at [email protected].

Your child isn't destined to eat the same foods forever.

You've already done something most parents never do. You stopped winging it and invested in a plan. That's everything. But this plan can't take you all the way. Eating with Ease is the next step if you're looking for lasting and meaningful change: a child who tries new foods; mealtimes that don't feel like a battle; the ability to easily go on vacation, eat at restaurants, and have a holiday dinner without packing "their" food. You've already taken the first step. This is the next one.

"We're in a good spot."

Before Eating with Ease, her eating was such a big problem and fixing it seemed so overwhelming. I had no idea where to start. Now it's manageable and we're in a good spot.
