By joining Eating with Ease and agreeing to these Terms of Use, you agree to the following:

PROGRAM FEES

I understand that fees are due in full or in part according to the payment plan of my selection.

For Eating with Ease, fees are as follows:

- $499 USD as a single payment for the 6-week program

- 2 monthly payments of $265 USD for the 6-week program

For the Inner Circle, fees are as follows:

- $29 or $39 USD/month for the 12-month membership

- A single payment of $297 or $397 USD for the 12-month membership

**Eating with Ease includes a complimentary one-month enrollment in the Inner Circle. After your one month, you will have the option to continue with either payment method or cancel your renewal.

I understand that payment plans are to be completed in full and will be automatically charged monthly in full regardless of program completion and even after the program duration has passed.

REFUND POLICY

I understand the following refund policies:

For the Eating with Ease Programs

Due to the online nature of this program, refunds are not available.

For the Eating with Ease Inner Circle

This program is an annual commitment and refunds are not available.

PROGRAM LENGTH

For the Eating with Ease Programs

I understand that the Eating with Ease Program is a 6-week program that begins on the advertised start date and ends 6 weeks later.

After the program end date, I will no longer have access to the program portal and the resources inside.

For the Eating with Ease Inner Circle

I understand that the this is an annual membership. After a year in the program I will have the opportunity to renew to continue access to all program inclusions.

PRIVACY

I understand that identifying information about me and my child(ren) will not be shared beyond the scope of the Program.

COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

I understand that all written and recorded content is Copyright © 2025 Jenny Friedman Nutrition LLC. You may not otherwise copy or transmit the contents of this program and written materials either electronically or in hard copies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

I understand that the all Program materials are proprietary to Jenny Friedman Nutrition LLC. The material provided in the Program including any information, recordings, resources, and content is solely for my lawful, personal, private use. I will not modify, republish, or post anything you obtain from this website, including anything that I download from the site, unless I first obtain our written consent.

I agree not to monitor, gather or copy any content on this website by using any type of robot, “bot,” spider, crawler, spyware, engine, device, software, extraction tool or any other automatic device, utility or manual process of any kind. I agree to not attempt to use the Program and its contents for any purposes other than those intended by Jenny Friedman Nutrition LLC.

COMMUNITY BEHAVIOR

I understand that the online communities have no place for bullying or abusive or hateful speech. Anyone who is disruptive to the experience of others will be removed.

DISCLAIMERS

I understand that in the Eating with Ease Program and Inner Circle Jenny is acting as my coach and not my personal registered dietitian.

Jenny is not responsible if Thinkific goes down and I am not able to access the site for a period.

DISPUTES

If I have a complaint or are dissatisfied, I will first come to Jenny and give her the opportunity to amend the situation before sharing disparaging remarks or feedback in public.

INFORMED CONSENT

By clicking or signing below, I agree that I have read and understand the above information, and agree to the terms stated above.

By purchasing this program, I am giving my consent for Jennifer Friedman and other program coaches to coach and support me in the Eating with Ease Program or Inner Circle.
